🆕 Is it possible to mute notifications for a non registered client?

The answer is yes! If you are using Consentio with clients that have not registered and you do not want them to receive Consentio notifications informing them of their order, keep reading below to see how to activate this feature👇

Consentio Webapp

To prevent notifications to arrive to a client, go to your Workspace section.

Next, click on the Clients tab.

Select the unregistered client from your client list.

Next, go to your Orders section.

Deactivate the Notify client of new orders button, to deactivate all the notifications that arrive to a client.

Finally, click on the Save button. You will be able to activate the notifications following the reverse process at any time.
