Go to your settings section and select the ‘Status and availability’ drop down menu where you will see three possible options: Available, Away and Not available.
If you select the ‘Not available’ status, you will be able to note the time of your return, pause your notifications and write a message that will appear in your ‘Chat’. If you are a PRO user you can also nominate one of your workspace colleagues to receive and process your orders while you are away, ensuring continuity of customer service and peace for you!
