Understanding my configuration section

The Configuration and privacy section is the core of your account, so let’s see what it offers you.

Consentio Webapp

After you have registered with Consentio you will need to set up your account in the Configuration section that you will find clicking on the down arrow next to your name. Next click on the Configuration and privacy button.

Basic info

Fill in your remaining Basic Info adding your profile picture, resend the verification email if needed and decide if you wish your phone number to be visible to your contacts by clicking on the Change button and enabling/disabling the green button that will appear.

Status and availability

The platform also allows you to update your status and availability in the ‘chat’ choosing from the three possible statuses:

🍅 Available: Your clients will be able to write you normally through ‘chat’.

🍅 Away: This is used when you plan to be unavailable for a short period of time. Here you will be able to choose how long you will be away (I’ll do it manually, In an hour, In two hours, Tomorrow, next week, custom)

It also offers the option to add a message that will be shown when someone enters your chat, keeping your clients informed.

🍅 Not available: This function is used when you wish to indicate that you are going to be unavailable for a long period of time, for example ‘going on vacation’ and you want to set an ‘out of office’ message. See how to set it here.

How to use Consentio

In the section it is possible to change some other profile features, such as the business ‘type of activity’ with which you have registered (Producer, Wholesaler, Supermarket, Hospitality and Groceries, Consumer).The language can also be changed as well as your time zone, and the date format (European or American).

Notification management

Consentio allows you to configure the notifications that the system sends to you on your PC, phone, watch etc. You can enable or disable new orders or accepted orders as email notifications and push notifications - chat messages, group messages, new orders, accepted orders, cancelled orders, comments in orders or attachments in orders.

Security and account access

Keeping your information safe and secure is vitally important. In the Security and Account Access section you will be able to activate the Two-Factor authentication process that will protect your account against any unauthorised access by sending a text message to the phone number that you are using in Consentio as an additional authentication method to entering your Consentio password.

Consentio Mobile App

After you have registered with Consentio you will need to set up your account in the Settings section that is accessible by clicking on your profile picture that appears on your main page. You can now access to your SETTINGS section.

You will be also able to Log out from your account at any time by clicking on the Log Out button.
