If you have forgotten your password you can set a new one following the steps described below.
Consentio Webapp
Access to the Consentio login page and choose if you would like to log in using your phone number or your email address.
Access with your phone number
Add in the box the phone number that you have used to register on Consentio.
Next, click on the button Receive an SMS to receive a text message on your phone with a verification code.
Insert the verification code that you have received and click Next.
Finally, create your new password and select the Create button.
Access with your email address
To access Consentio using your email address click on Email.
Next, insert the email address that you used when registering on Consentio.
Click on the Receive an email button to receive an email with a verification code.
Insert the verification code that you have received and click Next.
Finally, create your new password and click on the Create button.
Consentio Mobile App
Access to Consentio App and click on the Log in button.
Next, choose if you would like to log in using your phone number or your email address.
Access with your phone number
Add in the box provided the phone number that you used when registering on Consentio.
Next, click on the Receive an SMS button to receive a text message on your phone with a verification code.
Insert the verification code that you have received. You will be redirected to the next stage automatically.
Finally, create your new password and click on the Create button.
Access with your email Address
To access using your email address click on Email.
Insert the email address that you used when registering on Consentio.
Next, click on the Receive an email button to receive an email with a verification code.
Insert the verification code that you have received. You will be redirected to the next stage automatically.
