On occasions it will be needed to cancel an order due to a mistake or because we have changed our mind regarding placing the order that day, so below we will show you how to do it.

Firstly, access to your Chats section and select the chat where the order you want to cancel appears.
Next, select the order by clicking on the See order button.
Click on the three little dots that you will see on the upper right side of your screen.
Click on the Cancel order button.
Finally, validate your action by clicking Yes.
From this moment, your supplier will be notified that the order has been annulled, showing it on your chat with the status of cancelled.
